Ah, well, here I am. I'm new to Deviantart, and I'm glad I found this site. Finally, a place where I can show my artwork. As you can see I am an anime artist. Although I have just made two more drawings they're not showing up and it's very, very annoying. There will be more drawings, possibly of Inuyasha. I just love that show. Oh well, look at me, wandering off topic in my journal entry. Let's see what else is there to say? I'm just happy I found this site and can't wait to put up more artwork! Fwee! xD
A few things:
1. In the devious info, you don't HAVE to fill out every single thing. Just telling you so that next time you don't make yourself look like an idiot; I mean, when people (not necessarily speaking for everyone, though) read something like "MP3 player of choice: Riiiight...", "Favourite gaming platform: So...many...big...words...", or "Skin of choice: Uhh, I like my skin...thanks.", they usually start to make faces of disgust at the screen with how obvious it is that this person doesn't have a clue about anything, and is trying to make it seem like it should be that way with everyone. And yes, you can have a favorite photographer... when something is your favorite whatever it means that you prefer it based on the style. Photographers have different styles. People like different styles. Therefore you can favor one photographer over another. (What on earth did you refer to them as "those things" for? They're people, not things.)
2. Your characters.... they're totally lame. Sorry, but that's my opinion. If you're going to draw a character that you made up (if even only slightly) then you should at least acknowledge in your comments that they're based on other characters. Really now, try for a little more originality.... if you do then your skills will improve faster and people will appreciate your art more.
As for their poses:
Not so bad as completely copying a character, but it would still be better to give credit where it's due. I actually encourage you to copy poses (AS LONG AS YOU GIVE CREDIT!) because that way you can apply what you've learned to another drawing, and it also helps you to become more familiar with how anatomy is drawn properly. And there you go: another way to become a better artist. Not to say that you're bad, but everyone has room for improvement.
3. I dont' like you. To me you seem like an 11-year old brat who thinks that they love all anime because it's funny when they imitate the dubbed Kagome by saying "SIT, boy!" There's better stuff, Nena, there really is.And if you ever see Inuyasha with subtitles instead of dubbed voices, you'll look back and see how utterly annoying it is to see "fans" of a show go crazy over the stupidest things when they don't know much about it at all.
